Gazebo in the Grass

I love this picture for two reasons - First, the fog and mist were so thick and peaceful, and I feel like that came through in the final shot. Second, it reminds me of the hilariously explained supposed architectural legacy of Gregorio Francetti Gazebo from episode 101 of How I Met Your Mother.

Life doesn't get much simpler than that.

Gazebo in the Grass
This is another photo taken on a sunriseless day in Olympia, Washington - this time back at Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. I never seem to have good luck getting a sunrise when I try for it, but in this case, I'm happy with the results. It was just such a wonderful morning and absolutely worth the effort of getting up at "0'dark:30".
